Roman Catholic Hospital won this year’s “Award of Service Excellence 2022” hosted by the Chartered institute of Customer Management of the Health care/ Hospital Sector. CICM did their research based on questionnaires submitted by the hospitals, patient’s comments and opinions of experts.
Since winning the award on 27th July 2022 at Avani hotel, we had a ceremony on the 22nd of September 2022, where we distributed T-shirts and provided lunch to the staff during the celebration.
Sr. Giselinde Shivolo, OSB (Hospital Administrator) gave a speech at the celebration. She thanked everybody in the hospital- staff, Doctors, cleaners and security - for their contribution as all worked together as a team in securing the first price for the hospital.
It was a very blessed and joyful celebration for all the RCH Employees.
